No Printer, No Worry

You have downloaded a form for your child’s admission in a school.  However, you don’t have any printer at home.  You rushed to the nearest Internet café to download the form and simultaneously print it out. Once you ready to print your file, print it as usual. This will give you a printer selection box and you can see the CutePDF-noPrinter. 

Once you select CutePDF, the system will prompt you to save the PDF in your local machine. You can customize the PDF printout as you can do with any other printers. This is used by many people at home where they don’t have any access to the printer. But many people don’t know that there are higher versions of CutePDF, which provides enhanced functionality. Needless to say that you have to pay license fee for the higher versions.

Cute PDF Form Filler – In case the admission form is writeable, you can fill up the form in your local computer and while printing through PDF, it captures the filled up words as well. This is really helpful, when you have to fill up multiple forms and only a certain portion of the data needs to be altered. You can also apply 128 bit encryption or password protection to your document. There are other enhanced features that you can refer when you purchase the license. So, next time you are required to print something, save it as PDF in your pen drive and take it to the nearest café for quick printing (and as well as saving few bucks).
